Steps to Making a Google Form for your website.

1.Create a Google Form

2.Publish the form

3.Collect form responses

4.Now that you have done the last three steps, its time to embed the Google form into dreamweaver.Go to share form and copy the embed code.

5.Go to dreamweaver

6.Draw an Ap Div on the website and make big enough for a Google form to fit

7.Go on the code side view and paste the embed code inside of the Ap Div

8. Lastly click on the preview globe and preview you site to see it the Google form shows up
