Robo-Natick Forms

In Robo-Natick all members are required to fill out the following forms before October 1st of each competition season:

Our First Form is the Robo-Natick Lab Safety form which all members are required to sign and return before they can do any work with our power tools.

One Form is the NHS Cori Form for any parents who decide they want to drive in any of our carpools to our competition.

The next Form is the permission form for members to ride in carpools with their teams.

Our last form is the Natick High School Indemnity Form, which allows us to make public any competition media or club media.
