Today’s Global marketplace relies on human interdependence. More than ever before, the need to work in a diverse society has become imperative to the success of workforce employees. Encountering people with sharply different backgrounds and ideas can promote a self awareness of one’s own beliefs and values, acquire new skills and knowledge and learn to interact appropriately in intercultural interactions.
At Natick High School, we seek to help our students cultivate the tools to practice citizenship and leadership skills in a global community. Through cross-cultural connections, proficiency in a foreign language, international travel, cultural experiences, service, classroom learning and technology, Natick High School students, who complete the GCC, will have gained a global perspective that helps them thrive in a multicultural and multilingual world.
