This year I made the Freshman Natick High volleyball team, it was the best thing that could ever happen to me. I remember being so nervous on the first day of tryouts, luckily I had the support of all my friends. I have played vollayball for two years and it's such a fun sport. My volleyball team is so much fun and I made a lot of new friends. My position is libero, someone who plays defensive the whole game. Lately I have played more as an outside hitter but still prefer libero. My coach was Mike Stanely and he taught me a lot of important techniques that I use while playing a match. I had a lot of fun with my teammates on the bus to away games and joking around before our game. I am so glad I was able to be a part of this team. Volleyball has become one of my favorite sports in the past three years and I hope to make the team my sophomore year.
I have been playing soccer since I was six years old. My family is obsessed with soccer and every weekend we watch soccer games. I moved a lot when I was younger which means I was always part of differnt soccer teams. Since I moved to Natick I have been with the same group of soccer friends for a long time. I've also made a lot of new friends. I play outdoor and indoor soccer with Bob Harless as my coach. I have so much fun playing with my teammates. They're all so funny and make me laught before, during, and after the game. I didn't tryout for the Natick High Soccer team because I wanted to do volleyball. I play outside defense for our team. This year our team has qualified for playoffs but I won't be able to pay due to travel.
I love dogs! Since I was five I have always wanted a dog, my favorite breed was always a golden retriever. One day I met a goldendoodle and immediately fell in love with the breed. From that day on I only wanted a mini goldendoodle. Last year my parents surprised me with a small four month year old mini goldendoodle puppy. His name is Cody, and he's a very unique type of dog. I love meeting new dogs with different perosnaitlies. My mom started telling people my love for dogs. Then I got the idea of starting to dogsit as a job. I was fourteen years old and wanted to start earning money. My first dog was Jasper, a yellow lab. Since my first dog I have been dogsitting six different dogs. The image is of my dog, Cody, with Boo another dog I dogsit. I love taking them on walks and just cuddling up with them and reading a good book. They make me laugh and it amazes me how smart they can be. Dogsitting is something I really enjoy.
