In the end of 2014 I became vegan and I can’t convey how much my life changed since then. I learned so much about my body, health, and impact of the meat and dairy industry on the animals, people, and planet. I remember how I spent days on watching documentaries and reading books about how non vegan lifestyle harm people’s health and how much cruelty out there. I became more compassionate and aware of the world around me. I am glad that I made this decision! Being vegan, I never restrict myself. Most of my diet consists of fruits, vegetables, beans, and grains etc. However, if I feel like I’m missing something, I can always find vegan versions of any product or dish that I loved before. There are vegan ice cream, meat and dairy products, desserts and many other options.
